01. Products

Are all products on First Step technologies original and genuine?

Yes. We are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original products. We also take all necessary actions to ensure that any seller found to be selling non-genuine products is immediately delisted from First Step Technologies.

Are all product new and unused?

Yes, First Step Technologies only offer 100% new products.

How can I find the right product on First Step Technologies?

You can start by clicking on a category name from the category menu on the left side of the website. This shows all the products we have within that category. If you know what you are looking for, just type the name of the product or brand in our search bar at the top of the page and click Search or use our live chat button.

How do I know if a product comes with a warranty?

If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the right side of the product page. If you have further questions, please contact our Customer Service Call Center at (+234) 07039844263.

First Step Technologies provide you with the chance to return your product within 7 days after delivery. If you have a warranty on your product, potential issues may be covered under the warranty after 7 days. (Further T&C Applies ).

How do I place an order?

Shopping on First Step Technologies is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

Click on 'Buy Now' to add this product to your cart

Click on 'Cart' in the top right corner

Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your Email and password

Enter your shipping/billing information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate

Choose your preferred payment option

Click on 'Confirm order' to complete your order

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

We'll send you an email once your order has been confirmed.

Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via Email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order. If you are unsure of whether your order has been confirmed or not, please contact us here a few hours after your order placement.

How quickly can I get my order?

We do our best to get your orders delivered by the date listed on the product page. You can find more information about our delivery timelines. We also offer a premium delivery service.

My order is delayed, What should I do?

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can choose from the different payment methods available on First Step technologies. Please find below the list of available payment methods:

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

Are there any hidden charges like sales tax when I make a purchase on your website?

Why was my Credit/Debit Card declined?

If you experience trouble completing payment through debit/credit card, the first thing to do is to make sure that your card is activated for online payments and that you have enough funds/limit to complete the transaction. Your bank can help you verify these details.

Some cards issued outside Nigeria are also not supported on First Step and may be declined. Remember that you can complete your order through Pay on Delivery and pay at your doorstep or through other available modes (s) of payment (except for some very specific regions and pickup stations, as well as for products shipped from overseas).

04. Return & Refund

7-Day Return

You have 7 days to make a return request after
your order has been delivered. (Further T&C Applies ). 


You will receive 100% refund for your item plus
shipping fees if we delivered a damaged, defective, wrong item. When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags, and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid. (Further T&C Applies ).
