1. What can i return?

You can initiate a return within 7 days of purchase if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

3. I need to sign up before buying any Offer/Product?

No, you can purchase without signing up, you must at the point of checkout input details like email address, phone number and address for communication and order fulfilment.

5. What type of products do you sell online?

I.T Products - Computers, Consumables, Printers & Scanners etc.

7. What is the payment method available?

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards.

2. Is my product under warranty?

Warranty information is displayed on each product’s package. To enquire more information about our warranty policy please as a sales representative.

4. How do I place an order on firststep.ng ?

Visit the page, pick products, add to cart, checkout, indicate your details, input your name, phone and email , select shipping type and payment type. Lastly submit the order. An email will be sent to your inbox.

6. How do I cancel my order?

You can now manage your orders online through My Orders section and request for cancellation, return, track your order and much more. Cancellation is possible only before your payment is in. Once the order is Shipped we cannot cancel, however you can choose to reject the delivery of the item at doorstep. To cancel your order please follow the simple steps below: Log in to your account Click on My Account in the top right corner of the First Step Tech. homepage (Your name will appear here if you're logged in) Click on Orders in the drop-down menu Click on SEE DETAILS to the right of the item Click on SEE DETAILS to the right of the item Click on CANCEL ITEM Select a reason then SUBMIT
